PIP Award Review was created by Dee Greer
Hi, Each time I've applied for PIP, I've had to fill in a huge questioaire and then go for a face to face. This time though, the questionaire is very different. It still has a lot of questions but mostly it says to tell them of any changes in the help I need and how I manage my activities now compared to before. I was put in the support group after the last assessment (though at first I had a letter saying I had been kept in the wrag group then a week later another letter came saying that I I been put in support group) I was wondering if anyone else has had this type of form and why is it so different? Does this mean I don't have to have a face to face? Thanks in advance.

From your description, you have received the PIP AR1 review form rather than the PIP2 form. This is covered in our PIP Claim guide.

I'm afraid this form does not mean that you will not have to have a face to face assessment, this will be determined by the quality of information you provide in and with this form.
