forum resources? was created by Sdee
afternoon everyone
I have my ESA Assessment next week after filling out the ESA 50 form a few weeks ago.

I just have 2 quick questions,

which of the guides available on this site would be the most useful to read prior to the assessment? I don't want to go in there completely unprepared

what type of supporting evidence should I take with me? I didn't send any with my form but perhaps I should have something ready for the assessor?

thanks in advance I'd be grateful for any advice you can offer as I am panicking about the assessment and making myself feel ill.

Hi Sdee

You can prepare for the assessment by looking at our guide. ESA and UC Claims for Physical, Mental Health and Learning Difficulties: a guide to the limited capability for work assessment.

You will find questions you might be asked on page 125. - you can also read about medical evidence from page 113. - Medical evidence is normall submitted with the form - as you haven't done this, you need to make sure that you have photocopies so the assessor can take them away.
