New Guide on Making a Complaint

Hello everyone,

I just read the latest Benefits and Work newsletter and was delighted to see my testimonial included in the success stories. I’m still basking in the relief

I noticed that there is consideration being given to crafting a new guide for making complaints about the various agencies involved and there was a request for people to send in any personal experience they had of this.

I made a complaint against Capita which was upheld and I’d like to contribute towards this new venture. Where do I email my experience to? Do I simply reply to the newsletter address?
