On the HPs report after pip assessment it states under the heading Variability - Today is a bad day which is as good as it gets, feet are sore to walk on,no motivation on any day, will leave the house with her husband.
Worse days-crying upset does not want to get out of bed and no motivation, wont leave house at all, hands are more painful feet are worse. Then states 50/50 split.Unsure how hp determines this and does this then cause difficulties when we talk about a majority of time.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The assessor's comments will derive from the assessment, primarily from what you said but also in part based on the experience from other assessments, so did you say anything that would suggest the 50/50 split?
For PIP, the requirement is that the claimant must be limited for the majority of days.

Thanks but there was no mention from me about 50/50 variability other than saying her mental health issues are continual and daily and for a majority of the time.I again just see this as so convenient that it just fits in with to their agenda.
