I am 64 next may and have been on DLA for approx. 7 years I have not been asked to migrate to pip as yet. I will not be in receipt of state pension till 66 as government raised it for women so am also in receipt of ESA support group. I am worried that if I have not been asked to apply for pip before I am 64 it will be attendance allowance I have to apply for .
DLA claimants are being chosen at random so the invitation could come tomorrow or next year, the legislation that controls the transfer suspends the age limit for claiming PIP so it will not matter if you are over 65 when invited you can still claim PIP.
