If on re-reading my PIP Claim I notice an error can I correct it at the assessment?

Yes, you can tell the assessor about any mistake that you made on your PIP form at the assessment.

Make sure that you do it in writing or you are relying on the assessor passing the information on to the DWP, send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
