I am going to include all the consultants reports since being diagnosed with epilepsy age 10. My son is 16. Averaging 2 reports a year. So 12 reports. Which show on going struggles with different medications and side affects . I Is this the right evidence I should be using? Thanks Miriam
Only you can decide what's relevant to include and going back that far certainly gives an entire picture. The one thing I would say is that you need to make clear in your evidence what impact his epilepsy has against the PIP criteria. So it's not enough that he may have had struggles with medication if you don't actually explain what that impact has on his ability to carry out the specific tasks laid out. I would also suggest if you're putting in that many reports that you quote from them throughout your evidence.
