Hello, I’m so sorry if this is a stupid question but at this stage of applying for pip I don’t want to make any mistakes. I’m I allowed to staple the additional information sheets onto the form so they will not go missing? Thanks ketomum
You can use a staple but I would recommend punching a hole in the top left corner, to the right of the perforations and use a treasury tag or a piece of ribbon or string with an easy to undo knot to join the documents together.
The form needs to be scanned when it is received, a staple will have to be removed for this to happen whereas a tag or ribbon can easily be removed and hopefully re-attached after.

Thank you Gordon for quick reply. That’s actually a great idea. I just hope whoever scans for the form will put all of the additional papers back together
