Odd ESA assesment

Hi health assesment centre lost my esa50 and evidence sent. Eventually they said they found it ,after I put a complaint in . When I went for my assesment the asser was asking about my condition s. By reading the assers report of 2016 ,and a scan from 2015 . Went I talked about a new condition ,on the evidence sent this year ,2019 ,he had no idea ,and avoided me when I said have you not got evidence I've just sent . I had assesment recorded then when time to go he went to give me the disc then said oh that one's his which is very odd as there both supposed to be identical. I would appreciate anyone who as had similar experience .and is it the done thing for assers only using historical reports and not current ones many thanksxx
