I have a pip award review form, as my pip runs out soon, to see if I am still eligible for pip or it needs changing. As I find it very difficult to understand information, I decided to go to DIAL for help, big mistake! What she put is very vague and I don't feel covers everything I told her and now don't know what to do! My form has to be returned by 1st November and don't know whether to just put more in the "is there anything else" section or do you think they would send me a new form if I asked? I have tried to take in your guidelines, but am still unsure what would best assist me with my form, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Only you can decide what to do, it is your claim and only you profit or lose by the Decision that will result.
If you need more time then you can request an extension, you should be able to get a two week delay for returning the form. If you don't think that what has been written is adequate then consider replacing/updating it.
You can request a new form but it could easily take two weeks to arrive, you could use the time preparing your answers so you only have to add them to the form. Contact the number on the letter that came with the form.
