I am receiving Contribution based ESA I will be 66 in July 2020 Can DWP send me capability for work questioner and call me for medical assessment please advise

I'm afraid there is nothing in the legislation that prevents a claimant approaching State Retirement Age from being sent a new ESA50, it used to be DWP policy that one would not be sent in the year before but even that seems to have stopped and we have had other members report that they had received one as late as three months before SRA.
