My husband has received a WCA questionnaire form to complete today, from the Health Assessment Advisory Centre. His last assessment for ESA was less than a year ago, with an award letter dated 29/12/18 stating his ESA award and that he is in the support group. I can't think why they would send this, knowing they had all his information not so long ago. I will ring the Job Centre number they have provided but wondered if you could shed any light on the situation.
ESA can be reviewed at one, two or three year intervals. (Some people have had longer than three years because there has been a backlog). You can ring and ask why they have asked again so soon - it may be that there is something in your husband's health that they are assuming is not long term and they expect he will improve. However, you'll only know by ringing and asking.
