Pip appeal was created by Rozm2004
Hi
I had my MR rejected which seems is the norm,
Now I’m preparing to appeal
I’m getting quite muddled up with it which is stressful
So I’ve registered and began on line
Do I literally work through each part that I never got points for and use the descriptors etc to state why I think I should have scored and then add another reason and basically keep going I have tried to read through all the guide but my concentration is not great and I’m alone with this and struggling
Any advice would be appreciated
Many thanks

Hi Rozm2004

At this first stage you need to give your main reasons for appealing your case. If you are not well enough or cannot do it all at once, further information can be sent at a later date. Your evidence all has to be with the tribunal services a week before the hearing (which will not be for some time). Try to be clear in where you didn't score points and why and link it to any evidence that you sent in at the time. You can add as many reasons as you like.

Hi thanks so much for getting back to me
I’ve submitted the best I could as in each descriptor and what and why I think I should get
So all in all there was 11 that I disagreed with
Just hope I’ve done it right and now I can forget about for a while
Thanks for all the help you have on here
