I've just received my pip2 assessment,i l was awarded standard living allowance[same as before],this time the award is for 10 years.I am 65 years old,my pension date is the 6th of Jan2020.There was no mention of light touch.

Congratulations on the award, well done.
Is the award for ten years or is it described as an On-Going award? If the latter then it will be a Light Touch review although we have no idea what this actually means at this time.
If it is a ten year award then you will have to wait and see what the DWP do when your award comes up for renewal.
