We can't really advise without an understanding of what was in your previous claim form, our PIP Claim guide covers the issues involved in completing the Review form and may give you a better idea of what, or not to include in the form.

Hi
My last award was for enhanced care and standard mobility and although I didn't agree with the points awarded for care as the assessment only concentrated on my mental health issues and not my physical issues I did not challenge this so on my review form I don't want to challenge them as I may rock the boat and as my conditions have remained the same I have read your guides but I am still unsure whether your guides advises to more or less put the same answers as before in the same wording as I did keep a copy (another great tip from b&a) thank you

Hi Dawn
Use our guides for help but if there is no change in your condition then I would use the wording in your previous claim on your review form.
I usually write no change then explain how your conition affects you for each activity. I know there is not much room to write an explanation but you can use extra sheets of paper, don't forget to number the pages and write your name and national insurance number on each additional sheet of paper. Add any additional supporting documents if you have any, including prescription lists and a copy of your old award.
