Hi i have a letter from the above department about my pip f2f and lies in there. Dose this mean they are taking my complaint seriously. The nurse marked me down in all areas saying my prescription pain relief where not strong enough for help and i have no diagnose for sensory or cognitive brain fog. To get my diagnosis of ME you have to have cognitive memory issues. Can anyone help or say they got a good result from a complaint as being handed to the above team seems promising

Any complaint that is being looked at will be separate from the Decision process on your claim until at the very least the complaint is concluded.

2 men are coming out on Thursday for a statement against the assessor. There was a second assessor in the f2f a lot older women. I don't know who she was but agreed to her being there. Who could she be and dose this mean my complaint is being taken seriously as the assessor did only put her point of view forward instead of my medical evidence. She used i don't need help due to my prescription painkillers not being strong enough to need help. Im in chronic pain and been on prescribe painkillers for over 13 years and my doctor has never liked me being on them all this time but know i need them

It's possible that the assessor was being trained and the older woman was a trainer or a more senior assessor.

They are dealing with your complaint but I can't say how seriously they are. Who did you complain to, the DWP or Maximus?

Atos and dwp. They are taking statements from me and my husband about the atos assessor. She states in all areas i have no cognitive or sensory impairment diagnose but to be diagnosed with my condition this is one thing you have to have to be diagnosed. She had no understanding of my condition at all. My condition is classed as being a neurological disease and at my last f2f they cancelled due to the assessor not being qualified to access me. This time i was assessed by a nurse with alot older women in with her.
