Hi everyone Has anyone else applied for pip 2020, I had been waiting for 6 weeks to hear tried calling can’t get through I know it’s bad right now with the covid19 They say no face to face meeting as is the right way, no letter no txt ? Have they suspended all claims ?
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
DWP services may be affected as staff have to self-isolate but it should still be possible to make a new claim and the PIP Helpline should still be manned.
We don't know what the timescales for an award being made will be, the Assessment Providers have been told to do telephone assessments or Paper assessments but I would be surprised if they are able to do these for all reviews. Any award will be backdated to when you started the claim.
