As you can see baden87 another member has had one. This will probably not help with your anxiety.
Before the phone call try and write down a bulleted list of the things you most want to get across. Don't let the person on the phone try and hurry you. Have a drink of water and say if you need a moment, tell them. I know this is terribly difficult but try and do all the things you would normally do to try and lessen your anxiety a bit.

The health care assistant told more lies than a cheap watch, about me being able to record the conversation , she said NO I can’t she said she hadn’t read the medical evidence because it wasn’t on the system , which was rubbished by me ringing capita who confirmed it is on the system and could not explain why she would not have read it as it was available for her

I will ask do they have a copy of my form and evidence that I sent several weeks back and that I presume they understand my conditions so that the phone call should only be clarification. I will also record the call.
I feel very hard done by as I will be so tearful and chocked up that I'll not get the right info across.

Honestly good luck keep calm , don’t let them bully you to give answers they may suggest say “ I don’t know “ and then keep quite , even through the embarrassing silence that may follow , do not be compelled to say anything , silence is a very usefull tool
