Hi, i submitted my PIP application on 4th Feb 2020. I was advised by GP 2 weeks ago to use a walking stick should i call DWP to update them, & can you cal DWP for update on PIP application ?
You can ring them if you wish, but at the current time with everything going on be aware that you may find it very difficult to get through. You could always write them a letter with your name and NI number to the office where you sent your PIP application, with details.
