Has anyone encountered any problems with recording their phone assessments (on their laptop or with another device) eg have they been asked by their assessor whether they are recording it? or when told yes their assessor has said they are not allowed to? and what reason did their assessor give for the claimant not being allowed to even for their own use?
I wasn't asked if I was recording and I didn't volunteer that I was recording (putting my mobile on speakerphone and recording with laptop). It also sounded like the assessor wasn't recording from their side, that they were using headphones as the line was clear and good quality...unless they were using a headset device that can record?...because there is nothing stopping the assessors from covertly recording the call for their own "personal use" either!
