good evening.im about to claim my first universal credit claim, at moment I have a sdp elementon my working tax credits. when I get a fit note from doctors stating my disabliltys conditions is there anyway I can get lcw or lcwrastraight away has I have progressive muscular drystophy and spondylolisthesis or can doctor write me ds1500 form. thank you for any advise

Neither the Disability Element of Working Tax Credits or your DLA/PIP award mean an automatic award of UC LCW or LCWRA.

A DS1500 can only be issued where there is a reasonable expectation of death within the next six months.
