Hi I sent my Esa50 back and finally got my confirmation that it had been received by maximus .However in the past Ive been able to check that they have got each bit of evidence but now maximus will only confirm the form has arrived and they say that they cant say which exact pieces of evidence arrived/has been scanned with it - only saying that the evidence should be there if it was included with the form.Is this now the norm-ie that they wont be specific about each bit of evidence that has been received and scanned?
I don't know whether this now they're 'norm', but in such times, I can understand them not wanting to take the time to go through every bit of evidence a claimant may have submitted. It would not be unreasonable though for them to tell you how many pages and that should tell you whether all your information has been scanned. Whether they will or not - I don't know.
