I completely dread calling them. I'm not really after knowing why, more wanted to know what rate to expect. I was just going to wait it out for them to ammend it but might call them.
Thanks

0843 509 2324 is this the only number to get through to them on?

I found a number to get through to them on.
They said they've had a problem with their system been down which has effected processing payments and that I should see a payment by the end of the day.

Hi Sasha

If you have had your money stopped - you need to find out what is happening. I know it's scary, but it doesn't matter what rate you might get if no money at all is going in your bank. Please just ring them.

Thanks.
It used to show up on my bank statement as DWP EESA, it's currently the same amount but now showing up as DWP DP UC MID - does this mean they've changed it to Universal Credits and is it okay?
