After receiving my confirmation of 6 months extension this week, today I received my phone assessment appt! So it would appear they are starting to wade though the reviews (my paperwork was sent back on 7th feb, award originally due to end 17/7) I have found the section on here re phone assessments and will read and digest that. I am ok with the phone as my last job was as a cold calling agent so nothing can be worse that that!! I have copies of everything I sent, will review all my answers and check the guides on here . My only concern is my claim is all about mobility and movement (or lack of it) so it will be difficult for them to judge that on a call. Do they look at the last assessment from 2 years ago as the report from the assessor then was quite detailed and accurate? I will report back on how it goes
