Hi All DWP are asking for original documents and savings passbook. How do I get these documents back and is it safe to send them? How can I keep proof of my savings book?
I've had to send documents a couple of times without a problem, I have sent them by a Tracked post so I knew that they have been received, they were sent back second class by the DWP a couple of weeks later.
Make sure you take copies of everything that you have sent just in case.
