Hi , hoping someone will know .
I’m on contributions based esa with income based top up in the support group and I’m hoping to move in with my partner who works , I know I’ll lose the income based bit but will my esa continue or will I have to make a fresh claim under universal credit ?

No, you will not have to claim UC your ESA(CB) will remain in payment.
