We have had quite a few members who have give us the same story, yes you can use old medical evidence, you just need to explain why it is still relevant. I assume it is PIP we are talking about.

You can phone DWP and ask for an extension if you need it.

Remember PIP is not awarded because of the condition but rather the limitations that result and prevent a claimant from completing a range of everyday activities. Have a look at our PIP Claim guide for a better understanding of the criteria you will need to meet.
