It varies, we have heard from members who received a text message other have not, I saw a post earlier today about the same issue.
We know the DWP did have an issue with their post, for peace of mind I would contact DWP and ask them if they have received your forms as you have not received a text.
Waiting times vary across the region, we have recently heard of people waiting only a few weeks others a few months.
