All legacy benefit claimants will at some stage be asked to apply for UC or NS ESA, the move will start on the 9th May in Bolton and Medway.
New Style ESA is the equivalent of Contribution Base ESA, I have not seen exactly how CB ESA claimants will be moved over to NS ESA, it may be automatically or it CB ESA claimants may be review and then go over to NS ESA.
