When you complete an online appeal towards the end it will ask you if you want to attend the hearing or a paper hearing, click on attend the hearing and then it will give you 3 options;
1) Telephone hearing
2) Video hearing
3) Attend hearing in person, Face to Face hearing
The choice is yours, make sure you complete a submission before you go online to start your appeal and have any supporting documents ready to up load, some file formats are not accepted, so you may have to send a hard copy in to the tribunal, you will be emailed the address to send in further evidence.
