When you missed your face to face assessment, did you contact the assessor and explain why the assessment was missed, they may have done the assessment in your absence but without contacting the assessor I would only be guessing.
You would normally get a letter informing you that your claim will stop. My advice to you would be to contact the benefit department to see what is happening and explain what happened and why.
