Thank you for your post, we do not have enough information to give you any advice as it does depend on a number of factors such as, will have have to claim for help with housing costs. As you receive SDP then that tells me you are in receipt of IR ESA, which is means tested.

advicelocal.uk they will be able to give you advice based on your circumstances.
