Pip Assessment report was created by madmog
I had my PIP assessment via telephone yesterday, had a text this morning saying DWP have received the report. How long do I have to wait before I can ask for a copy of the report?

Hi madmog

If DWP have informed you that they have received your assessors report, then I would contact them now, remember the assessors report is called a PA4.
