I think that's a good piece of advice about emailing the GP. I have found if you make it easy for them, many are more willing to do as you ask.

Hi Demby
If your GP doesn't accept emails, you can always try presenting them with a brand new stick with the letter or information on it. I've found that worked in the past. I always tell them that I thought it would save them work, especially when I know how busy they are!

Good tip for the price of a small data stick, thank you. I'll try that.
As ever DWP make life hardest for those who don't have the tech, or know how to use it, or have the price of it spare. So unfair on the neediest!
