Pip tribunal

I'm waiting for a hearing in person for my PIP appeal. It's been estimated to be hold on the w/c 22/5/2023, however, I'll be noticed at least 2 weeks in advance. I haven't heard anything at all and wondering if anyone knows how long time before you're usually noticed and if its likely to be hold at the estimated date (I made a call in February to the appeal centre where they estimated the date for when the tribunal would be). Thanks in advance

Hi Lisa, your best bet, since you last called in February, would be to call them again for an update, as it be have been moved forward.

You may only be given short notice of up to a week but would normally be longer.
