Hello, My B/F review was returned by the correct date 17/11 22 and we have not yet received a decision. He has had 2 texts 3 months apart just saying we still have your form. It will be 9 months in August since it was sent in and the stress is having a very bad impact on his Mental and physical health. His current PIP award is due to end in September this year. Will they continue to pay him after then even if the review hasn't been done by then? We will be in dire financial straits if they stop paying him
I know there is a backlog but in general, do you know how long people are having to wait for them to complete the review?

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question with any accuracy. Some people have reviews done within 12 - 16 weeks, and some wait over a year or more. You know that your B/F review form has arrived, but nothing further than that. As his claim is due to end soon, I would ring the DWP for an update on the status of his form. You can also ask them to confirm that he will be paid until it is complete.
