I'm nearly there with my changes letter I will be adding it and writing 'see attached'
to each first question.

I just wanted some advice on my sentence about medication- I'm now on higher amounts of amitriptyline naproxen more zapain and something else but I'm worried they will just say doesn't that make the pain better? It doesn't and I'm more spaced out especially in the morning with fatigue just don't want to do myself a disservice..

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Hi,

I am also on 2 of these medications you have listed, and me personally, I always say "honesty is the best policy" - If you don't declare your medication, and they find out at a later date, it could possibly affect your award, if you get/have one.
