Hi,
I have a phone assessment soon. Can I ask the assessor if they have my recent report? Reason for question is last year I had to go through the uc50 assessment. Where they said I received no points. I appealed, where it transpired they didn't receive the latest uc50 (dated 2022 or medical letters) so they used a previous uc50 (dated 2021 - which was for sheilding with emphysema). Which never had my latest health conditions on. The assessor last year never stated they were using an old uc50.

Hi Sharon

Yes, you can ask them, and I'd do so right at the beginning of the assessment. You don't want to go through it all and then find they have not looked at your most recent report.
