Video Consultation - Independent Assessment Services for ongoing PIP claim was created by DebF
After sending my ongoing PIP claim form back in December I have finally had a text stating I will be reassessed by video consultation. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this process and if there is any advice.

I know that some worry about data protection and privacy issues and I must admit that not only am I a little useless with such technology but am also concerned with these issues too.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi DebF

Hopefully, someone can tell you about their experience with a video assessment. I do know there have been several members who thought they were going to have video assessments, and at the last moment, they were changed to a telephone assessment due to technology issues.
