This is a full renewal of your PIP, and you will be given a new award end date, which then supersedes the one you currently have.
You don't 'have' to take the paperwork with you, but you might want to refer to it.
I hope it goes well for you. Make sure that you have read the Guide to PIP claims and reviews. Page 128 onwards will give you the information about the type of questions you will be asked.
