Hi Lauren,
Your post was really helpful. I have been transferred to ADP and today received a change of circumstances book!. I am currently on the enhanced rate for both components and do have changes but would this make any difference to my current rate ?

Did you use the PIP guides and descriptors to complete the form / book ?

As you are on the enhanced rate then it would make no difference to your rate, when you are next assessed add any changes to your new review form, make sure you keep a copy when you complete the review form.
