Hi I was awarded LCWRA
IN JANUARY THIS YEAR.
And was told I had to wait 3 months which I have read about....... But No backpayment...

My fit notes were from
JANUARY 2023 UP UNTILL DECEMBER 2023.
There are NO BREAKS IN MY Medical Notes I have Copies of them All, and they are ALL For the same Illness

Am I entitled to Back Payment from when I first sent NOTES into UC which was January 2023 and if So. FROM WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT Backpayment From Thanks Irene.

The full rate of LCWRA will be payable in the fourth complete AP following the date that you submitted your first Fit Note, so based on your post, sometime in April.

I'm afraid there will be no back payment.
