just an update for u all and to help others waiting in similar situations

I missed the appt call - was in a panic - fortunately the agent called back a second time. Phew !
Agent discussed the recent CIC - reported earnings etc
we repeated the info already stated on UCJ
Agent wanted to ascertain main trade , its difficult bec IT skills are broad so can do alot of tasks - no fixed or specific trade as such
Agent discussed reg with HMRC to notify as sole trader - this has implications on NI record and tax
Agent advised how to report income and earnings via to do task. Had to supply details again in that format from Oct 25
Agent advised will need to continue this process for each ongoing AP - ie monthly earnings report even if £0
Agent updated UCJ with statement / decision -

you are not gainfully self employed

- what does this mean ?
clmt commitments unchanged , other than additional reporting requirement.

To be fair the line wasn't clear, there were 3 of us on the call which made it difficult exchange too.

I got the gist and read the blurb she sent in the folo up UCJ update. It just wasnt registering in my brain if it was +ve outcome.

Next up is a UCR. I expect they want all bank stms to verify UC is correct. Totally reasonable and makes sense.
