If you are due a review, it is highly likely that you will have to complete a review form and undergo an assessment, irrespective of any change of circumstances. (Sorry!)
I think it very important that you are honest on the form, and particularly if you do not have enhanced rate, your change of circumstances ie worsening health could lead to an increased award.
In readiness for your review, start obtaining medical evidence and make a disability diary. Having already noted down the amount of times you need help and also when things go wrong or you are struggling will no doubt be of help when you have to complete the form.
