UC Review

The UC review is still on going, we hit July now. Contacted my wife and I today and they are asking for statements that have already been sent. They are asking for statement dates that don't exist. The accounts were not opened until a later date than they are asking for. This is really frustrating and it seems never ending. Started in February or March.

UC payments are being made as normal. It seems to be taking forever for the review to end. Payments have increased for July for some reason. The person who would contact us with this review has changed to somebody else. I am finding it very stressful.

Hi David,

I am worried about they are asking for documents to be uploaded but they are not providing a way to upload the documents. They are silent to my request to provide a way to upload the documents. They are saying if we don't upload the documents by the 6th July they will suspend our claim.

Not sure what to do and what action I can take if they suspend our claim. We have provided these documents before. We have been asked 3 times now to upload documents that have already been uploaded.

Hi Gary,

They finally responded today and provided a link. No UC message alert by text that I need to look at my journal. Checked it this afternoon and a message was there. All uploaded.

My wife had old upload links she used, but none were provided for her. It could be the person didn't know they had to provide an upload link. Went on for 3 days.
