Migration worries was created by A-nobody
Hello, so I have finally got my notice to migrate from ESA to UC .
I am married , get Income related ESA SUPPORT GROUP
ALSO GET FULL PIP for both components
Had a letter some years ago telling that they will not ask me to attend anymore medical assessments unless my health changes ( it hasn’t)
QUESTION…When I fill in the migration thing will they make me go to the Job Centre for any reason? Or will it just be a straight swap over? I have terrible mobility problems and hardly ever leave home.
Thanks in advance

Hi A-nobody
As you are in the ESA Support Group they cannot force you to attend the Jobcentre.
Your new UC claim should be completed either by a mixture of digital and phone means or by a DWP Visiting Officer coming to gather the information at your home.
