Can I score points (ie 6 points on Managing incontinence ) due to needing assistance with cleaning self afterwards in shower if I have already been awarded points (3 points) on Washing and Bathing descriptor due to needing assistance use a shower safely due to arthritis and falls risk? Do these points overlap or can I be granted both? Are they treated as separate categories.
