Think I have made a mistake on UC form about treatments

I filled in my UC application form for migrating from ESA just over a couple of weeks ago. I think I have made a muck up on the treatments section under the helath 'to do' section. I am on quite a lot of medication, but I did not include this information under the treatments section. I know someone else has asked the same question under this thread:

The answer given is as follows:

"The government definition is"- Medical treatment” means all procedures for diagnosing, or treating any physical or mental illness, infirmity or defect. So counselling and medication would be included."

I am now shitting myself that because I haven't included this information, it may cause problems in future such as if I have a WCA and I haven't listed my medication.

I have a couple of questions which are as follows:

1) Does medication count as a treatment for the application. If so is there a way that evidence for it can be added to my UC application? Can I contact my work coach for instance and ask for an upload link so it can be included or will a list of it on my journal be enoughif I ask the work coach to add the list to my application?

2) As I am migrating from ESA, will they get this information from them anyway?

I am kicking myself that I didn't read the form properly, in that you could add more than one treatment.

I used the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service and I can't remember whether they said to include medication as treatments or not.

When I did mine I didn't put on my medication. I only put on the treatment that I get at hospital.
