hi i had my last pip review about 2 and a half years ago and have not heard from them since. is it normal for them not to get in touch. im still getting paid every month. is there a backlog still.

Hi cw12

When you were last reviewed, you should have received a decision letter with an award end date on it. If you have gone past that date and you are still being paid, then you can probably assume that you are part of their backlog.
