Hello. I have just been migrated from ESA Support group onto UC. I also get new style ESA and PIP. I dont answer calls when I don’t know the number, I received a call & now discovered it might have been DWP. I understood I wouldn’t be receiving any calls as I was in ESA support group. Are they trying to trip me up? Why else would they call? Thanks
Almost all DWP calls come up as " number withheld ". Though staff can remove this if they know how. The good thing about UC as opposed to ESA and Income Support is that you don't have to rely on the phone. You can send messages via your UC Journal.
